Preface: I was going to litter this "about me" section with an intensely loaded fictional account of my entrance into the world, and my training with my mentor Dr. Artemis on a small island on the outer rim of the South Pacific. I was then going to detail my first-hand accounts with time travel, super deep-sea exploration, and our visit to the sun. But this is supposed to be a moderately professional detailing of my own visual work, so i will adjust accordingly.

I've been entrenched in art for as long as i can remember. At younger ages, i found influence in virtually anything that seemed twisted, violent, exotic, or imaginative. My preconceptions about the world i knew were obliterated in seeing Star Wars for the first time, as it made me first ponder the question "Why can't there be more out there than we can see and know about?". I now take that question everyday and view everything through a lens of curiosity and potential.

I spent the majority of my "academic" life working on my craft - not yet knowing what it in fact was. I went to college at Syracuse University from 2000 through 2004, studying film as a major, but all forms of art in a general sense- from illustration, to design, to photography. I left college as a wide-eyed kid with a very vague degree and realized that my future was contingent on me busting my ass, honing my skills even more, and trying to unleash my ideas upon the world.

So here's my portfolio - samples of the work I've made since college, each it's own learning experience that i take with me into future endeavors. Click around up top to view some work, and click around in general to play with some fun web coding from my friend Mike. Dr. Artemis, if you read this, i would implore you to take the time machine forward a little bit and spoil the surprises in store for me .... oh i'm just kidding you old goat!
